Region Manager DACH

ROOSH. is a Dutch e-commerce organization established in Eindhoven, which was founded in 2013, and currently consists of 18 Online Marketing specialists from all over the world. We run several platforms on which consumers can compare and book airport parkings in Europe, Australia and the USA! For our platforms we are looking for a German native talent to strengthen our current team.

Job description

You will lead a small team which is responsible for our Online Marketing activities in the DACH region. That comprises all efforts towards organic and paid ranking improvements for the German speaking platforms, including but not limited to the following activities:

  • Platform management:
    • Performance checks and improvement
    • Evaluation of daily and monthly results
    • Analysis of all relevant KPIs with various tools
    • Reporting to the CEO
  • Team management:
    • Task coordination for the German speaking team
    • Priority and strategy management
    • Performance reviews and feedback
    • Recruiting and training
  • SEO:
    • Keyword research and strategy
    • Content strategy and optimization
    • Copywriting
    • Link building
    • Competitor analysis
  • SEA:
    • Management and optimization of CPC campaigns
    • Creation of compelling ads
    • Regular performance checks
    • Competitor analysis
  • Sales:
    • Sales strategy and portfolio management

We are looking for an experienced professional who can quickly succeed in all above mentioned tasks in an independent and proactive manner while staying in line with the company’s strategy. You will directly report to the CEO and make sure your team works hand in hand to maximize your platforms’ success.


Profile / Requirements

  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in German (mother tongue) and good at English;
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated professional experience in Online Marketing;
  • Experience in team leadership;
  • Confident mastery of tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and Clarity;
  • Extraordinary communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Problem-solving mentality
  • Strategic planning, priority setting and coordination abilities;
  • Independent work style;
  • Positive mindset;
