ROOSH. is a Dutch e-commerce organization established in Eindhoven, which was founded in 2013, and currently consists of 18 Online Marketing specialists from all over the world. We run several platforms on which consumers can compare and book airport parkings in Europe, Australia and the USA! For our Fluparks.de/ch/at platforms we are looking for a German native talent to strengthen our current team.

Job description

You will work in a small team which is responsible for our Online Marketing activities in the DACH region. Your main responsibility is the support in all external communication-related matters for the German-speaking platforms, including but not limited to:

• Customer Service
• Communication with B2B Partners
• Assistance with SEO tasks

We are looking for someone who can quickly succeed in all above mentioned tasks in an independent manner, while always maintaining a supportive and customer-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate has a friendly nature, an efficient workstyle, as well as a great attention to detail and quality-assurance.

Responsibilites

• Supporting our German-speaking customers via e-mail and telephone with day-to-day requests, such as booking changes, cancellations and general questions
• Supporting our B2B partners with price updates, availability management and general questions
• Information coordination with all relevant departments
• Complaint and refund management
• Management of all relevant review pages
• Regular updates of the FAQ page
• Assisting the Online Marketers with content writing
• Outreach to potential partner sites for link building purposes

Profile / Requirements

• Excellent speaking and writing skills in German (mother tongue) and good at English.
• Strong communication and coordination skills;
• Extraordinary customer focus;
• Independent work style;
• Positive mindset;
• Interest in learning the principles of SEO
